1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Vista Estates website. They do not govern our management services — those are set out in the separate written management agreement you sign, which takes precedence over anything on this site if the two ever conflict.
2. Using this site
You may browse, print and share pages of this site for your own or your business use. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it systematically, or present our content as your own. The Vista Estates name, logo and page designs remain ours.
3. Information is indicative, not an offer
Rental figures, occupancy rates, timescales and fee examples shown on this site are indicative and based on our general experience in the Cyprus market. They are not a valuation, a guarantee of income, or an offer capable of acceptance. Any figure specific to your property will be given to you in writing after we have assessed it.
4. Enquiries
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract. A management relationship begins only when both parties sign a management agreement.
5. Third-party links
Where we link to other websites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their handling of your data.
6. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by Cyprus law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Professional standing
Vista Estates operates as a registered estate agency business in the Republic of Cyprus. Registration number: TBC. We are not tax advisers, lawyers or licensed valuers; where a matter calls for that expertise we will say so and, if you wish, introduce you to someone qualified.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the Cyprus courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
